So previously, I had posted a link for the Friends of Iowa Midwives show, which actually ended up being a link for the show with FAWN and the UI Anti-War group Umm...embarrassing). I am currently working on trying to get the Domestic Violence Intervention Program and the Women's Resource Action Center on next Wednesday to talk about their project, the Men's Anti-Violence Council. Hello all-

For those of you who had spring break, I hope it was enjoyable!
This week we will be talking to two different groups.

In the first half hour, Juniper Alcorn will be talking about the Farm Animals Welfare Network group whose purpose is "to provide a resource and activity group for University of Iowa students and community members concerned about the mistreatment of animals in factory farms."

In the second half, Keri George will join us as we discuss the Week of Reflection (aka Peace Week), which is happening right now, and other activities and projects that the UI Antiwar group will be participating in.
